Hi, I'm Jolanda Estes, the owner of In Home Music Academy. Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I've been blessed enough to turn that passion into a lifelong career. With over 20 years of experience teaching and performing, I've had the joy of helping students discover their own love for music.
Over the years, I've taught a variety of instruments — piano, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, and voice — and worked with students of all ages, from beginners to advanced musicians.
When I'm not teaching, you can usually find me performing with groups like the North Miami Pops, where I serve as the principal alto saxophonist and Associate Conductor, or the Broward Symphonic Band. I've also had incredible opportunities to perform internationally, including with 7 time national winning Orchestra Dragefjellets Musikkorps in Bergen, Norway.
Beyond music, I love spending time in the kitchen, going to shows, and even solving a Rubik's Cube as fast as I can!
