Clarinet - Piano - Saxophone
Steven Waldman , son of Myron Waldman ( Co-creator of Betty Boop) is an active private music teacher in Miami and the South Florida area. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. While attending University, Steven studied music performance under David Catron.
Steven has over 20 years of private professional instruction in Piano, Saxophone and Clarinet for students from beginning to advanced levels including adults.
Currently, Steven serves as the principal clarinetist of both the Broward Symphonic Band and the North Miami Concert Band. He also is a woodwind Clinician at several Broward public schools. Throughout his career he has performed under many prominent conductors including; William Revelli, George Cavender and Neil Jenkins,
Besides teaching, Steven is a numismatist, enjoys cooking and going to concerts.
